Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, you do not need to bring your Eventbrite tickets. We will have names on the guest list and check you in, and give you a summit badge at registration but please bring your photo ID with you.

  • The Summit takes place on Tuesday 5th November.

  • The venue is the Indigo at the O2, 205 Peninsula Square, London SE10 0ES

  • Registration starts at 8:30am. Please arrive on time to be processed and receive your delegate badge. We’re expecting 700 people so it could get busy. Registration will be processed alphabetically by last name.

  • Yes, there is O2 security on arrival. You may be asked to scan your bag, and a bag search may be conducted. Please bring photo ID as the security team at the O2 may also request this.

  • We advise not to bring bags (larger than handbags) to the event.

  • Yes we will have a cloakroom on site for coats.

  • Please dress in whatever you feel comfortable in, we recommend business casual.

  • Yes, all catering is provided. You will be served breakfast items with tea and coffee on arrival, morning coffee break, lunch and an afternoon coffee break.

  • No - this is an in-person event.

  • Yes, you can network during the breaks and after the event at our networking drinks at All Bar One at the O2. 

  • No, registration is not required, but please wear your summit delegate badges. This will be hosted directly after the event until 6pm. This is for attendees of the event only.

  • Parking details are available on the O2 website.

  • Yes, the venue is accessible. If you have made us aware of any accessibility requirements we will ensure you have reserved seating for yourself plus a colleague. Please let us know if you haven't already at team@wihtlanddir.com.

  • Yes, we have space provided, please ask someone on the registration desk to show you where this is, if needed.

  • We are not able to provide facilities for changing in readiness for the next event. We recommend you stay at a hotel in the area so you can change, and come back for the gala, with the drinks reception starting at 6pm.
